But from a new interview with Marvel’s Jesse Falcon, its sounds like even more exciting things are planned for X-Men 97 figures in 2026. Check out the entire interview below with Jesse Falcon that took place last week during SDCC from the folks at A Toy Kind Of Mood.
that may be for the second series. According to the rumors there are a few repeats in the next wave so I’m assuming that the second series will have new designs. Maybe a feral design for Wolverine or something.
The newest wave of Marvel Legends X-Men 97 figures from Hasbro just went up for pre-order last week at places like our sponsors BigBadToyStore.com and Entertainment Earth.Amazon Links: Cable, Sunspot, Emma Frost, Jubilee, Morph, LoganBut from a new interview with Marvel’s Jesse Falcon, its sounds like even more exciting things are planned for X-Men 97 figures in 2026. I preordered Made To Order Mephisto first day it went up on Hasbro Pulse… same as I did last year with Made To Order Dragon Man… speaking of which..I got notification from Hasbro that Dragon Man will be shipping in a couple days.. knowing Hasbro ..we should have Dragon Man in a week .as far as Hasbro making some things more “EXCLUSIVE”.. after seeing multiple videos over the last couple years about how so many Marvel Legends were showing up at Ollie’s..or other discount stores..I don’t blame Hasbro for cutting back on production of certain figures..& making less of everything in general …it’s not a good look for ANY business having it’s products showing up at discount stores for less than half MSRP .. I wouldn’t doubt that many of the ML collectors complaining about “EXCLUSIVITY” are the same ones posting videos laughing about how so many MLs are ending up at Ollie’s.. I’m a lifelong NYC resident..& the only Target near me doesn’t sell Marvel Legends…& nearest Walmart is in Jersey.. the only place to pick up MLs are comic book stores… but usually at twice the price…so I’ve bought every ML online,..& never missed a preorder… including Gamerverse Psyloke Thanos 2 Pack… only one.. but as far as scalpers go…it’s all part of the game..& I’ll never criticize someone for trying to make $$$… especially nowadays

Every line will have it’s ups and downs, it’s hits and misses. The upcoming Mafex Wolverine from DP&Wolverine? I would say Hasbro’s likeness/headsculpt is the better but the mafex nails the suit details, etc. Im not opposed to mixing and matching if the figures look ok together. Many of the Spider-Man 2 gamerverse figures for example I think can pair well with the MCU No Way home figures. The Gamerverse Felicia for example pairs well with Molina Ock and Dafoe Goblin.
I’ll probably pass on Mezco Hulk. I was tempted by the Mezco classic spidey. Apparently mezco has a Raimi Spider-man in the works. That might be a bit harder to pass up…but I already have the Legends and Mafex. I do regret missing out on that Mezco Doom which looked amazing. Same with the Reeve Superman they did. Hope that Mezco Hulk is incredible though!
Yes the Mezco Doom is really hard to get he sold out everywhere fast! And I do luckily have the Reeve Superman and it came out great with the likeness and he looks great with Keaton Batman.
Hmmm, if they did do a Maximum Magneto that could be really cool, I probably wouldn’t bite myself, but I know a lot of people would really enjoy getting a classic Magneto again, seeing as how the last one was many a moons ago and came locked away in a TRU 3 pack, It’s about overdue for a new Magneto. He could really benefit from the Maximum treatment, would be really cool to see an accessory of a bunch of dismantled guns, you know what I’m talking about, a flight stand also super necessary.
Much like what you might give Mags, Dr. Strange would be a really good Maximum figure, Wanda as well.
If they do, do Maximum Magneto, I hope he comes with a full Magnetic Bubble.
People. can we please go back to talking about the reveals and figures? the whole exclusive thing has been talked about to death. Please stop derailing this subject about that.

Strange, usually mezco hits the mark with the face sculpts. And yes a tiny magnet might work. This Hulk could be the definitive for this line or if you just want a hulk in general and aren’t finicky about lines or company product mixing (like I am lol), this could be it. All depends on what one looks for in a figure.

It really is disgusting and sad to see this still going on. The community should be using our voice and buying power to insist that hasbo either stop this “exclusive” thing, when clearly its not benefitting collectors, or offer alternative buying venues. And YES I KNOW that negates the whole exclusive thing but they did it to themselves.
The community should not be catering to scalpers. Scalpers only exist because people keep feeding them. Thats not on hasbo, Target, Walgreens, Amazon, etc.
I’d love to see a concentrated effort to get these figures to collectors in Canada and overseas at REASONABLE prices. No more than $5.00 more than what we pay in the US.
The whole retailer exclusive thing sucks. My understanding is that the retailers pay for that, and it’s the retailers that request the figure?Anyway, I saw a video from Reploid Bill discussing Mephisto. You can watch his video below. But he did say one thing that stood out to me. I’d be interested to know what people here think of the idea that Hasbro should transition more to MTO items. The retail space is kind of not what it was and most stuff is online anyway. MTO sidesteps any concern with certain figures that would otherwise be unable to be put in stores. (And the marketing headaches) for such figures. (I guess there were some karens up in arms about Mephisto but that’s another topic entirely).Bill pointed out that MTO also cuts out the scalpers. I think I’d be on board with this. Maybe it means there are fewer figures. But it might also mean fewer two packs and buying figures you don’t want to get one you do. It is also beneficial to the manufacturer, as they avoid overproducing or underproducing a figure, as was the case with McFarlane’s Wonder Woman.
Have they given a timeframe on preorders for Rachel Summers and Feral?
