LoL I still remember these Swimsuit books were always so popular in the comic trading circuit I was involved in as a kid, lil 10 year olds were so enamoured, I always thought they were kinda goofy and took away from my “but these guys are so cool and badass, why are they at the beach looking all youu knooow?” I always felt like this gimmick had a certain obvious demographic, Anyway sure it’s nostalgic to see now again, And reminds me that one of my X-Men trading card sets isn’t complete without one of the Swimsuit cards, I can’t remember the set off the top of my head or who the card was of, but gosh did that bug me, and now does all over again.

I’m a bit surprised this is returning. I remember those in the 90s. But they’re fun.

It’s absolutely silly but it’s the best kind of silly.
