The panel looks like will be taking place at 4:35pm ET. According to the Entertainment Earth Pre-Order Drop Zone page it looks like the pre-orders will be going live at 8pm ET.
The two figures will be available for pre-order at places like our sponsors places like our sponsors BigBadToyStore.com, Entertainment Earth, Nerdzoic and Amazon.
I can tell you with 98% certainty, though not confirmed by Hasbro that two of the figures going up for pre-order will be Marvel Legends Spider-Man: Brand New Day figures of Spider-Man and Hulk. Those will be the two figures going up for pre-order tomorrow.
I don’t know what the third figure they will be revealing is. There has been a rumored Brand New Day Punisher figure coming out at some point, so I suppose that it a possible reveal, though I don’t know why it wouldn’t be going up for pre-order with the other two if that was what they were showing.
Whatever it is, we will have full coverage of all three figures shown tomorrow as it happens, so check back then for more infomation.
Ok disregard my speculation before. We will def be seeing New Day Hulk and Spider-Man tomorrow and those will go up for pre-order tomorrow. IDK if the third figure tomorrow will be the Punisher figure or something else.

Even though we did see Bruce in trailer, it would still be too spoilerish to see a Hulk figure, especially when it supposed to be return of Rampaging Hulk.

Ok we might be jumping to conclusions here. So we know the three rumored Brand New Day figures are Spider-Man, Punisher and Grey Hulk.
Dan Yun has confirmed 3 Marvel Legends reveals tomorrow with only two going up for pre-order tomorrow.
I have heard from reliable people we will be seeing some kind of Spider-Man theatrical reveal tomorrow and a Hulk figure revealed. No specifics on the Hulk figure.
Based on all that its easy to assume they will be revealing all 3 Brand New Day figures tomorrow, BUT the Grey Hulk has not been revealed by Disney, and it would be very unusual for Hasbro to get out ahead of Disney with an official reveal. I guess its possible we could get a new Brand New Day trailer tomorrow morning, but being we just had a trailer drop not to long ago and I have heard nothing about a new trailer coming this week, that seems fairly unlikely.
SO, I am thinking tomorrow we will see the Spider-Man and Punisher Brand New Day figures which will go up for pre-order tomorrow evening since both of them was in the new trailer. The third figure will be a Hulk figure but not MCU, probably something from this years Hulk subline like Hulk 2099 or Cosmic Hulk which will go up for pre-order on a different day from the two New Day figures. Then the MCU New Day Hulk will be revealed after its revealed by Disney.
