Barney is back, and he’s busting a move! Mattel’s lovable purple dinosaur is starring in a new YouTube series to get kids moving and grooving.
In Barney’s World: Dino Dance Party, Barney, Billy, and Baby Bop take preschoolers on an animated adventure to their local playground. Alongside their three kid best friends, the dinos will lead viewers in silly dances set to fan-favorite songs from Barney’s World. The series will premiere Sept. 6, and new episodes will air weekly on YouTube.
During each 3-minute episode, kids can show off their best dance moves to classic Barney tunes, like “I Love You (I Love Me Too),” “Clean Up, Clean Up,” and “The Sharing Song.” Other beloved hits encourage kids to be brave and kind to others, from “Trying New Things” and “Say How I Feel” to “I Love to Listen to Your Ideas.” As they follow along with the music videos, little ones will learn that everyone is special in their own way, especially themselves!
Families can watch the first episode of Barney’s World: Dino Dance Party on Sept. 6. New episodes will drop every Saturday on YouTube until Oct. 25.
