It’s time for Monster High fans to get ready to party! The franchise is celebrating Draculaura’s 1600th birthday in its latest short-form YouTube series, Draculaura’s Sweet Scary Birthday.
The five-part series will be available to stream on the Monster High YouTube channel from Aug. 30 to Sept. 27. It features the ghouls as they prepare for Draculaura’s big birthday milestone, and with it comes more than just a party: she will be honored with the Monster of the Century award and her very own Skullette! While preparations are in motion, Cupid Asteria reveals a prophecy that tells of potential trouble on the horizon. Draculaura must work through her feelings of self-doubt and work together with her Boo Crew to keep the festivities on schedule. The story is an uplifting celebration of friendship and staying true to oneself.
Alongside the series, Mattel has a Sweet Scary Birthday line of the ghouls available, so that kids can continue the adventures with their dolls. Characters included in the birthday-themed collection are Draculaura, Cupid, Frankie Stein, Clawdeen Wolf, and Cleo DeNile. Each doll comes with a balloon, gifts, and other fang-tastic accessories.
Parents can find the full collection now on the Mattel Shop, so kids can start the spooky skelebrations before the series begins on Aug. 30.
