The head sculpts on these guys are incredible. Just really well done.

How do we get heads like this, and then Phoenix Jean Grey looks just awful?

But overall, Hasbro has been killing head sculpts lately, particularly in Legends and Black Series.

Man, it’s so about that Nick Fury for me, that’s a gem, Frank is great too, but if they both were Single packed I’d maybe pass on Frank, but I do love it, that gray/blue is very cool, and It’s different enough from the other Punishers I have, Also this game is a favorite of mine, I still play it pretty often, so this pack just hits. I really though just adore that Fury, I mean for the longest time this was just in my head as definitive Fury.

also weird lil thing….2Pac as Bishop? what’s this crossover? I didn’t know I needed.

I ordered 3- one for my sentinel battle display, one for my X-Factor display (I have a hard time seeing them do another one of these specific to X-factor so close to the release of this one- I could see an alternate or more modern version of the the character rather than the classic) and one for my Jim lee display. I have the Marvel Selects one in main battle display, I love his effects, but HATE his joints and size. I actually superglued the joints to keep them stable. I was not happy about buying three, but having none of the previous iterations and not knowing when they will return to him, I decided to go all in. Hate the shoulders.

Yeah I preordered Iceman, still not sure if I actually care, but I thought I’d just lock it in just in case, might cancel when the time comes around or just take it and examine it IRL and see, it’s certainly doing a ton of things better then the Vintage figure, but at the same not that must have for me, the Vintage figure has downfalls, like the head, but I like it’s coloring and it’s not totally clearness, so we will just see how I feel when it’s going to get released.

Got Iceman pre ordered! Anything Secret Wars is a must have and this guy looks great!

Yet over 3 weeks ago on the Marvel Legends Fanstream that took place on September 9th, he announced that the Starfox/Champion of the Universe 2-Pack, WOULD be on Amazon (as well as being a Fan Channel exclusive). He not only said it, but there was also a “Cue” card that had the information as well.

You can’t tell me, that it wasn’t known then, that it wouldn’t be offered on Amazon.

All I’m sayin’, is be accurate with the information you are presenting publicly.

Errors get made. Dan just became brand manager after Ryan Ting was laid off right before San Diego Comic Con. A bunch of people were laid off since then, as well. And Hasbro is threatening to upend a lot of its employees’ lives (including Dan, his wife, and his baby) with the announcement that they’re gonna move their headquarters from Rhode Island to Boston. September 9th was Dan and Dwight’s first stream without Ryan and without one of Hasbro’s main video producers. As of October 1st, Dan thought the two pack was still going up on Amazon. He had the wrong info. I guarantee he posted the correction as soon as he found out. Considering everything he and others have been dealing with over there in Pawtucket, let’s cut the guy and his colleagues a little slack.
