Celebrate 15 Years of LEGO Ninjago with New Playsets, Events, & More

LEGO Ninjago is turning 15 this year! Whether you tuned into Masters of Spinjitzu in 2011 or started your Ninja journey with Dragons Rising, the LEGO Group is inviting fans of all ages to celebrate with new games, collabs, building sets, and events inspired by the series.

The anniversary celebration kicked off last month with a major update to LEGO Fortnite Odyssey. This launch introduced a brand-new LEGO Ninjago Island for players to explore, as well as added Ninjago-themed characters, skins, and emotes to the game’s digital shop. A second update is already in the works for later this year, giving players even more ways to  Master their True Potential.

Also launching this year, the LEGO Group is partnering with Asmodee to create a new board game, Ninjago Destiny’s Bounty Adventures. In this strategy game, families must work together to defend the iconic ship from some of the most infamous villains from throughout the universe, unlocking new abilities and upgrading their skills along the way. The board game will be available at retailers worldwide starting July 30.

Kids can take home a piece of the action with three special-edition LEGO Ninjago building sets. The star of the collection is the Lloyd’s Titan Mech, a 1,293-piece poseable model armed with a large sword, a shield that splits into wings, and three minifigures. This set is available for pre-order now, with an official launch slated for March. 

Rounding out the line is the LEGO Ninjago Ninja Character Display featuring the monastery gate and eight minifigs from Season 1, and the Four Weapons Blacksmith Set, which recreates the beloved shop with interactive details from the series and includes a collectible Elemental Master of Earth minifigure. Both building kits are available now online and in stores, intended for fans ages 14 and up.

The celebration continues in person with events around the world, from LEGO Store pop-ups to epic convention activations. Families visiting LEGOLAND can also enjoy an action-packed lineup of events throughout spring, including new costumed characters, scavenger hunts, 4D movies, and other exciting activities. The LEGO Ninjago takeover will hit theme parks in California, Florida, Japan, Korea, Germany, and Windsor, so every fan can join in the fun!
