Strawberry Shortcake is returning with a refreshed look and a lineup of new digital content designed for young viewers and the adults who care for them. WildBrain has introduced a CG version of the classic character, marking the first time Strawberry Shortcake appears in computer-generated animation, alongside a variety of new shows and videos rolling out beginning this month.
The new content is built around familiar themes like baking, friendship, and everyday fun. A live-action and animation hybrid baking show blends real kitchen activities with animated moments, while short-form minisodes and micro-shorts follow Strawberry and her Berry Besties in playful, easy-to-watch stories. For quieter moments, lo-fi ambience videos offer longer, calming visuals and music. All of the content is available across WildBrain’s digital platforms, including YouTube, with additional short videos appearing on social media.
Alongside the digital rollout, Strawberry Shortcake is expanding into toys and games that connect directly to the updated content. New toys include a Strawberry Shortcake collection created with L.O.L. Surprise!, featuring collectible figures inspired by the character’s world. Families can also look for Strawberry Shortcake editions of Monopoly and Candy Land, scheduled to launch in the U.S. and Canada this spring.
With its mix of gentle storytelling, familiar characters, and hands-on play, the refreshed Strawberry Shortcake brand offers caregivers new ways to share a nostalgic favorite with a new generation.
