In the DC Comics Dark Nights: Metal series, twisted versions of Batman from throughout the multiverse are introduced. One of those is the Red Death, a Batman who stole The Flash’s abilities. A new Red Death figure has been announced by Queen Studios as part of their InArt Action Series (formerly known as their 1/12 scale line). The figure stands at 6.77″ tall, and is fully articulated. The Red Death includes four sets of interchangeable hands, effects pieces, and a display base.
Pre-orders open February 6. It will be priced at $72 USD, but US shipping direct from Queen Studios won’t be available for this figure. Fans will need to use a shop that either imports the figure, or ships internationally. It’s scheduled for release in the Third Quarter of the year.

The Red Death hails from Earth-52 of the DC Universe. Introduced in the Dark Nights: Metal comics, this version of Bruce Wayne/Batman became overwhelmed by grief and consumed by a desire for revenge for his loved ones. Succumbing to his inner darkness, he decided to steal the abilities of the Flash to enact his vengeance upon his foes, becoming a member of the Dark Knights.
