Here’s my take on a 4.00″ Captain America and Baron Zemo both using the Jakks Pacific, “Streets of Rage” Axel figure as a base. I 😘 be the possibility of this figure and the many options for customs that it offers. It will be my go to base for awhile, as I bought a bunch on Walmart Christmas clearance.
