Of the recent crop, only Deadpool and this Kitty/Colossus 2pack are off the top buys for me. Stick Nightcrawler or Colossus in figure form in front of me and I will pretty much always buy it, so. It’s not that I don’t want the rest, but I’m closing on a house next week so I need to be smarter about money, and I’m pretty sure the rest will price drop eventually. The true Marvellites will scoop up Grizzly and Abomination, but 6 months from now I’m sure there will still be some floating around that retailers are ready to get rid of, especially Amazon who can only stand to have pallets of oversized figures/packages in their warehouses for so long. I’m not sure I care if I ever get my hands on that Ghost Rider, the all-red bike just isn’t doing it for me, but it’ll probably also be the first to price-drop.

$55.99 on BBTSSame on Amazon.I purchased it on BBTS. The $4 flat rate shipping is nice for pile of loot. I have a few things sitting in there right now waiting to ship. But can’t beat free shipping on Amazon. If you do preorder on Amazon if the price drops you get the lower price so that’s good at least.I still think they will pair well with stuff like Gamerverse, and other X-men figures beyond the Astonishing. I don’t mind mixing and matching suits.

It does make me wonder just how tiny they could get with articulation? I think Man Wolf’s Jaw is about the smallest ‘movable’ part i’ve seen recently where his jaw articulates?I wonder what kind of process is involved and how much more difficult it is to design something to articulate at that size?Mety Toys does some unlicensed WoW figures. And the Necromancer they did came with an Imp which has some small arm joints (bit like Doop Actually).

Even tho I made a comic accurate Abomination using Gamerverse Abomination BAF body with the Select Abomination head sculpt..& painted the claws on hands & feet white & pants light blue….as a lifelong Incredible Hulk fan..I’m still picking up Deluxe Abomination for the head sculpts…I’m also picking up Grizzly..& possibly a 2nd Grizzly down the line to make an Ursa Major for my Winter Guard… I’ll probably also get Johnny Blaze Ghost Rider.. but I’m not sure about Colossus Kitty Pryde 2 Pack..I’m not building the Astonishing X Men team.. altho I did pick up Astonishing Beast..who is now in my Made To Order X Men 97 Sentinel’s hand right now.. who am I kidding..I’m picking up the Colossus Kitty Pryde 2 Pack as well
