Launching this summer, the line will include a variety of STEM and STEAM kits for kids ages 4 and up, each starring Mattel’s iconic doll. Blending real-world science and engineering concepts with fashion-filled fun, these products encourage kids to explore new skills with creativity, curiosity, and confidence — just like Barbie!
The crafts and activities will offer kids hands-on experience with the core tenets of STEAM education — science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. From creating glow-in-the-dark slime to building a working lava lamp, every experiment makes essential educational concepts approachable, accessible, and engaging for scientists of all levels and interests.
