WHAT IT IS
The Sonic the Hedgehog R/C Monster Truck takes Sonic’s signature speed off the screen and into the real world. Inspired by SEGA‘s new video game, Sonic Racing: Crossworlds, this truck has chunky tires, working front and rear lights, and a look that screams high-energy adventure. It’s built to handle indoor and outdoor play, so kids can race, jump, and spin wherever the action takes them.
WHY WE LOVE IT
It’s fast, tough, and feels like something straight out of the game. The 2.4 GHz controller keeps steering smooth and responsive with no lag or interference, even when racing against friends (up to 16 vehicles at once) with a range of up to 150 feet. The rechargeable battery setup is a big win, too. Just charge the included 7.4V Li-ion battery for the truck, pop two size AA Energizer batteries into the controller, and you’re ready to roll. And with Sonic and Knuckles styles available, kids can build their head-to-head rivalry right in the driveway. For an extra edge, kids can hit the Turbo Boost button and get ready to pop some wheelies!

While this is fully assembled and considered ready to run (RTR) right out of the box, you’ll want to allow charging time and ensure that batteries for the controller are on hand. Sonic (blue) and Knuckles (red) are sold separately.
