After the success of Donkey Hodie Hee-Hawesome Songs Vol 1 last summer, Donkey Hodie is trotting back to town with a new EP full of tail-wagging tunes.
Donkey Hodie Hee-Hawesome Songs Vol 2 features five catchy tracks sung by Donkey Hodie, Purple Panda, and their puppet pals from the PBS Kids series. The album will launch on streaming platforms Jan. 23, but families can jam to the first single now, a jazzy remix of the Mister Rogers classic, “It’s You I Like.”
Rounding out the tracklist, preschoolers can boogie barnyard-style to “Splish Splash,” a bubbly bathtime bop; “Rock And Roll With It,” a rock anthem about determination and resilience; “Hee-Haw-Firmations,” the perfect beat for a confidence boost; and “Friendly Friends,” which celebrates the magic of friendship in all its forms.
The EP was produced by Fred Roger Productions and the Donkey Hodie team in collaboration with Warner Music Group.
