Captain Commando was a classic side-scrolling beat ’em up by Capcom. The game was originally released in arcades in 1991, with a home port to the Super Nintendo in 1995. The game allowed from 1-4 players to play at a time, with combat similar to the Final Fight series. 52Toys has revealed official images and details for their new FigLiteDX 1/12 Scale Captain Commando and Carol Figures. The approximately 6″ tall figures are based on the arcade version of the game.
Captain Commando includes multiple interchangeable hands, two portraits, and an assortment of weapons and effects pieces. Carol, one of the games enemies, includes three swap out faces, multiple interchangeable hands, swap out hair pieces, a teddy bear, and more. They will be available in China, Asia (including Japan), and North America. They will be priced between $35-$40 each, wit ha release scheduled for the Third Quarter of the year.
