Over the weekend, Hiya Toys announced their latest Rocky series action figure. Pre-orders are now open for the Rocky Balboa 1/12 Scale Figure from Rocky IV. Rocky includes two interchangeable portraits, multiple interchangeable hands, a boxing robe, a boxing ring display base, and a training stool.
