Yes, this season may end as X Cutioner Song if we are having the full 90s roster … makes sense Syrin around since Banshee died in Genosha. Hopefully he is back as a horseman wih Gambit.

Somehow I thought I’d seen all of the first season. But I missed some episodes! So I get to see them now!
I saw so many character in that trailer. And so many toy possibilities.
Below is a look at the trailer for the second season of the X-Men 97 Animated series shown at NYCC this weekend which has leaked out. It may not be available online for long so check it out while you can. The theme of the season is Apocalypse and different periods of time the X-Men will be confronting him as we saw at the end of season 1.
The second season isn’t set to premier on Disney+ until Summer 2026.
Overall a great series. Truth be told, I wasn’t as big a fan of the original show; the Batman Animated series was more my jam. But this has been a banger right out the gate. And very glad they didn’t make it the Wolverine And Some X-Men show.
Fantastic finale. I want so many figures coming out of this ep. Jubilee, Sunspot and Bastion most obviously, but a new Beast and Morph would be great too.
That was epic……when is series 2?
