So, non-Marvel thoughts:
Can’t believe Starscream of all bots is a retailer exclusive. That’s just silly Hasbro.
I wanna see pics of guy-with-Scarlett wearing that tiger mask.
Marvel thoughts:
I have the old BAF Onslaught, and I’d like this one, but only if he were more textured and would really look like a precursor to the BAF. I find Hasbro doesn’t always keep aesthetics the same through their own lines, so I guess it’s pretty unrealistic of me to hope they would match up with old ToyBiz figures.
Also, any idea where to get these in Canada? EB perhaps?
Still nothing from Hasbro for time clarification on Onslaught, but the morning Target preview seems to suggest 9am ET pre-order time, so if you want to make sure you can get it then i’d be online then. If by chance it doesn’t go up at 9am then we will know why. Sorry I can’t be more definitive.
Just to note right now there is confusion on what time tomorrow Onslaught will go up for pre-order. Dan Yun on social media said 9am ET which is the normal Geek-Out time.
Hasbro PR however sent out a press release saying Onslaught would go up at 1pm ET while all the other stuff says 9am ET. IDK which is correct but I am trying to get clarification. For now I am gonna assume 9am ET unless I hear otherwise but if it doesnt go up at 9am ET then we know the 1pm ET is the actual time.

How did I miss that a new Starscream was coming? Now I can finally have a Starscream that fits with the new Megatron and Soundwave.
Also, I hope people are excited for Onslaught.
Well Starscream was a no brainer given they did the new mold ’86 Thundercracker, though people are going to be pissed his an exclusive, same with Prowl.
I already have the BAF onslaught (granted without his “shell”/cape), so I’m good there

I’m very excited for Onslaught, I’m happy to get it, great looking figure (still), I played the long game and resisted ever builing the BAF, which is crazy because the only figure from that wave I didn’t get was Captain America, but I didn’t get the Kitty that had the Onslaught head, and I refused to acknowledge a Onslaught with a Red Skull head, so I just so Blah…now that long game paid off LOL, love that for me.
