In the spirit of the season, Disney is launching its new “Make Someone’s Holiday Magic” campaign, featuring events, films, toys, and more to make the merry months a little extra magical.
The campaign celebrates Disney’s timeless connection to the holidays, encouraging families and fans to reminisce on the joy, wonder, and magic of the season. To kick off the event, Disney is releasing the second installment in its A Disney Holiday Short series. Directed once again by Taika Waititi, Best Christmas Ever is about an unlikely friendship between a little girl and her silly doodles, which Santa accidentally brings to life. Families can stream the heartwarming story on Disney+, alongside other beloved holiday classics.
Next month, Disney’s Holiday Magic Tour will return to more than 20 cities worldwide, bringing new holiday activations, community events, and magical moments along with it. The tour will make stops at local schools, children’s hospitals, and nonprofits, as well as Disney-owned network programs, such as Dancing with the Stars, Good Morning America, The View, Tamron Hall, and Wheel of Fortune. Among the many activations, standouts include VoluntEARS toy deliveries, exclusive movie screenings, Broadway cameos, and the return of Disney Ultimate Toy Drive, the company’s longstanding collaboration with Toys for Tots.
The merry magic-making also extends to Disney Store! Families can shop a jolly new lineup of toys, collectibles, plush, apparel, accessories, and more. The star of the series is a crossover collection of Stitch products, in which the lovable blue alien crash-lands in fan-favorite franchises across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars. From merry merch to cheery collectibles, Disney Store has something for every kid on your list.
