Get ready for an adventure of prehistoric proportions! This fall, families can catch a new action series on Disney XD and Disney+, thanks to CAKE and MGA.
Intended for kids ages 6 and up, Armorsaurs follows a team of teen pilots as they defend the Earth from an advanced alien race. As part of a secret program, the five heroes train to ride massive dinosaurs, each sporting epic battle armor. The kids and their prehistoric pals must learn to bond, trust each other, and work together to save their home from destruction. The first season includes 13 episodes, each 22 minutes long, and will premiere on Disney XD on Oct. 13.
Armorsaurs is inspired by the 2021 South Korean series Armored Saurus and its unique blend of animation, live action, and visual effects. However, this version introduces an entirely new voice cast. Familiar voices from kid-favorite franchises bring the world to life, like Jailen Bates from Disney XD’s Walk The Prank; Star Trek’s Michael Dorn; Yvonne Chapman from Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender; and Miraculous’s Andrew Russell. To round it out, Tomorrow X Together’s (TXT) K-pop hit “Eyes” will reappear from the original series as the end-credit song.
And that’s not all! Select full episodes, shorts, and other exclusive Armorsaurs content will hit YouTube in the coming months. Kids can also look out for new toys, games, and other roar-some products in 2026 from MGA.
Armorsaurs will premiere on Disney XD on Oct. 13 and roll out on Disney+ the following February.
